The Client.

Established in 2016, Lower House Equine Clinic is situated on the Shropshire/Welsh Border and provides a bespoke veterinary service where case continuity, high standards of service and excellence in equine care are standard practice.

Operating from modern facilities and fully equipped with the latest mobile technology, the team can offer first opinion services at your yard, manage, treat and diagnose a variety of medical conditions and offer surgery under general anaesthesia in their new purpose-built operating theatre.

Patients of the clinic range from companion horses and donkeys to high level equine athletes.

The Challenge.

We were asked to update their existing website to make it look professional and modern. The client wanted a more visual online presence and hoped to increase leads through a simplified website navigation and contact form.

Our Approach.

We revamped the client’s website with a new navy and red colour palette that helped modernise their brand whilst giving a professional feel.

We also carried out an on-site, professional photoshoot that focused on the medical procedures offered by Lower House Equine Clinic as well as images of the Equine Veterinary Team. This gave the website a more personal, caring feel.

The Results.

The new website successfully delivered a more modern, professional, and visually engaging online presence. The improved navigation and streamlined contact form have enhanced the user experience and helped generate more leads, meeting the client’s goals of increasing visibility and accessibility for potential customers.
