The highly skilled team can help with repairs, cleaning and polishing, glass replacements, crown and stem replacements, full servicing, hand and dial repairs, bracelet repairs, ultra-sonic cleaning and much more.

The Challenge.

Providing an exceptional customer experience was becoming highly labour intensive for the client resulting in a block to business growth.

In Time required an upgrade of their existing website and an improved customer experience – this included improved copy, a custom-built calculator for batteries and the opportunity to get jewellery repair quotes online.

Our Approach.

We upgraded the website to make it more user friendly and easier to read. Adding a repair quote form has made it easier for customers to request repairs and there is now an Instant Battery Replacement form allowing people to order replacement batteries quickly and easily.

The revamped website successfully enhanced the overall customer experience, addressing the previous bottlenecks that were hindering business growth.
