Proposal terms
When committing to a marketing project with Ellison Marketing Ltd over an agreed timescale, Ellison Marketing Ltd will act as your external marketing resource and can be used for alternative forms of marketing equal to the cost of the project, however this is at the discretion of Ellison Marketing Ltd. Early termination or change in circumstance will result in Ellison Marketing requiring full payment for this project. If the client delays the project due to unforeseen circumstances, Ellison Marketing will honour the work outstanding however payment is still to be made on the due dates outlined in the proposal. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with the product we need notification of this within 24 hours of reciept in order to give us fair notice of issuing a refund. All refunds are at the discretion of Ellison Marketing.
Cancellation Policy
We will work with our customers to help ensure that every single one of them is completely happy with the work we produce. In the unlikely event that we are unable to satisfy the customers needs, cancellation of the project must be made in writing by the customer. In the event that work is postponed or cancelled at the request of the Customer, we reserve the right to retain the original deposit. In the event that more than the amount of the deposits worth of the anticipated work is completed, additional payment will be due, prorated based on the percentage of work completed. If additional payment is due, this will be billed to the Client within 10 days of notification to stop work.
